FO Alert: Lantern Fairy

New finished shawl - Lantern Fairy by Kitman Figueroa, using Wendy's Wonders SW Merino shawl-length gradient in the colorway Grace is Gone. This was a quick knit with a single all-over pattern. Kitman shawls are knit from the bottom up, from the longest edge, decreasing until the top middle. 

One thing I've struggled with on bottom up patterns is a weird bump at the top middle where the shorter rows don't seem to decrease fast enough to make the top edge of the triangle straight across. This time, I decided to stop a few rows short of the end, and then graft the two halves together. 

I think it worked out well and gave this shawl a very nice shape!
